Hi Deanne — That is a neat idea, rather two neat ideas.
First, to label the covers like that, do other cities have an “entrance” manhole?
Second, that you knew where to find it. I have several city limit signs and “WELCOME” signs, yours is so unique (as far as I’m concerned).
